Jay Eastland, Owner
Originally from Atlanta, Jay Eastland is, alongside Luis Cuevas, a founding partner of Engineered Solutions of Georgia. In addition to his many years of experience in foundation repair, Jay holds a variety of industry-related certifications and memberships. Read more about Jay Eastland.

Luis Cuevas, Owner
Although he originally hails from Mexico, Luis Cuevas has been an Atlantan for the past 30 years. In 2006, Luis teamed up with Jay Eastland to found ESOG. Luis now has nearly two decades of experience in the foundation industry, is a member of the American Society of Engineers and also holds a wide variety of industry-related certifications. Christopher Grubb, Director of Engineering
Chris has been a part of ESOG since its beginning in 2006, consulting on structural design and business development. In 2012 he came on board full-time as the Director of Engineering. Chris has been engineering foundation systems and retrofits for 20 years. Read more about Christopher Grubb.

Joe Loudermilk, Director of Commercial Operations
Joe brings over two decades of experience in geotechnical and structural services to his role at ESOG, but he is also involved in R&D, quality control, employee management, purchasing – ultimately anything that is involved in satisfying ESOG customers. Read more about Joe Loudermilk.

Charles “Chuck” Irby, Vice President, Geotechnical Services
Chuck has worked in foundation repair since 1987, starting out as crewmember and ultimately owning his own company, Extreme Techology’s. Over his career Chuck has worked on literally thousands of projects. Now, with nearly three decades of experience and a host of professional certifications, Chuck spends his time heading up the Commercial Division of ESOG including the Industrial and Municipal operations. Mike Newlin, Director, Corporate Projects and Continuous Improvement
Mike is new to ESOG, but his skills – he is Certified Six Sigma Black Belt – are an indication of ESOG’s commitment to quality. He sums up the ESOG approach to a job in one word: RESPECT. “ESOG is a company that truly respects our customer’s time and money. ESOG does not sell any one something they don’t need…. When work is required, our Project Coordinators will develop a repair plan for exactly what they need, nothing more or nothing less.” Read more about Mike Newlin.

Samantha Brooks
Samantha has been part of the ESOG team for seven years and has 12 years of foundation industry experience, including a waterproofing certification. It serves her well in her role, where she handles most communications and project scheduling. Read more about Samantha Brooks.

Todd Hall, Head, ESOG Service Department
Todd spends his days meeting with ESOG clients. He checks foundations, diagnoses problems and develops solutions. Todd can break down the specifics of a project so that clients understand how a solution works and feel comfortable and educated when they sign on to a project. Todd is in frequent contact with current clients, making sure that any outstanding questions they may have are answered. Read more about Todd Hall
