Joe Loudermilk is the Director of Commercial Operations for ESOG. He brings over two decades of experience in geotechnical and structural services. His professional accreditations include:

• MSHA Certified
• American Concrete Institute Certified
• McLean Dixie Helical Foundation and Underpinning Systems Specialist
• Certified Fortress Wall Stabilization Specialist
• DeNeef Chemical Grouts and Waterstops Certification
• Member of the American Society of Civil Engineers

Joe was born in Atlanta but has lived all over Georgia. Today, his role at ESOG takes him throughout Georgia and the Southeast to meet with clients about their needs. Joe’s expertise includes knowledge of the different soil characteristics found throughout the South and the different repair methods required for them. But he is also involved in R&D, quality control, employee management, purchasing – ultimately anything that is involved in satisfying ESOG customers. His advice to clients: “Research, Research, Research! With the internet these days there is no reason to make misinformed decisions.”

We take the approach with a plan and there are many actions that occur before we ever start a project. The facts are that with a great plan our approach is set for success from start to finish.”

When he’s not working on geotechnical and structural projects, Joe can be found at the lake with his family. Or, of course, rooting for UGA’s Dawgs.
